nhl 21 be a pro: requesting trade

i  got 'drafted by the kings second overall" i am just about finished my second year in be a pro of a 4 year contract and i have racked up so many points i am at about 263 career goals and like 435 career assists and i am kinda getting bored playing with the kings and thinking of at the end of the season when i get a chance to 'chat with my gm' instead of just going to him and 'seeing how is doing' which is the only other option' i am thinking of asking for a trade.....can anyone tell me if that is a good idea 'mid-contract' to ask for a trade or should i actually wait til the contract is over cuz i have 3 of the 5 'nhl trophies' already just need the rocket richard and the jack selke awards

    I finally was able to get traded today *feb 14th* from the la kings  after playing 2 full season's  and 28 games into my 3rd season in which i won 2 stanley cups and being the best team in the league both years and and the kings are first place overall in my 3rd year and while with the kings i got  181 career games with 344 goals and 534 assists for 878 career points took me 2 trade requests one failed one but the second successful and got traded to the florida panthers which i had NO choice of except for which division i wanted to go to and just picking one not remembering who is in that division...so i got my number changed on florida i had 17 now i am 13 and am the captain on florida which i was on the kings halfway through my first season with them...so thats basically how it works which is kinda ok...at least i didn't lose any ratings
