I bought NHL 21 GE edition yesterday and didn't have any packs besides my loyalty bonus ones, and the xbox store states I should get;"Purchase EA SPORTS™ NHL® 21 Great Eight Edition and receive:- 16 HUT Premium Packs- HUT Cover Athlete Choice Pack (Choice of: Ovechkin, Matthews, McDavid, Pettersson, Laine, Subban)"However I didn't get any of these. I have received my 5 hockey bags in WoC so it's obviously just HUT that's effected. I'd appreciate if this got sorted and someone actually replied to me (Unlike Emails or twitter have)

But that doesn't help me, because that is just for pre-orders, mine isn't a pre-order, nor should they be diamond packs (my post does say what I should be receiving) and even then, I should at least get the cover athlete regardless?
Give me an answer that's not copy and pasted please, if I wanted that answer I could find it myself

Read my post again and then answer, you've literally not said anything relevant to me.
You copy and pasted about Diamond Packs, yet my post specifically says HUT Premium packs, a completely different pack. You also said that it needs to be redeemed at the end of each month if not it's lost, which is fair enough, but how the hell am I supposed to do that if I only just bought the game? I can't get these packs if I don't even own the game, so is that false advertising? Am I not entitled to what it says I should actually be entitiled to? Also as well, the cover athlete isn't bound by time, and as per your copy and paste, is available upon redemption, and I didn't even have that either!
I swear EA Support is useless, you'd think with the amount of money that you suck from children with legalised gambling, you'd be able to fund a decent support team. Never any issue taking the money, it's when you want help they don't care.

When you purchase the Great 8 edition after the game launches, all those packs are received at once. There are no monthly packs. You would have gotten them all when first entering HUT.

You're welcome. You should try opening a case as I mentioned in my post. You can request a callback or start a chat with an advisor that way. Twitter/Facebook support can sometimes take a while or they may not get back to you. They receive a very high volume of messages and don't see them all. You're welcome to continue trying to contact them, but it would be good to give it about 24 hours between messaging again.

@EA_Aljo I've had someone add the packs, however they've been added as untradable when they're supposed to be tradable but apparently EA is unable to add any tradable content to accounts. This is an instant middle finger really since I've literally paid for tradable content and not received it, and it feels blatantly obvious that EA are just pushing me to buy more packs instead, surely something can be done? I've not opened any of the packs yet

So I contacted an advisor and they told me to contact XBOX support. WTH??? How is that providing support? I am so frustrated that I am about to just get a refund. All over some stupid packs, definitely not worth the frustration.
