NHL 21 Pre order On Playstation doesnt say it includes all bonuses

The NHL 21 pre order for ultimate Edition on Sony PlayStation Store only states it included Hut cover athlete pack, 3 day early access and 5 hockey bags. This does not say it includes the following ...

    Could you also confirm any loyalty rewards for users from previous NHL games? Like  previous years?

    So what you’re saying is the Ultimate Edition and The Great Eight edition are the exact same with content and additional items?

      The Great Eight edition comes with additional Diamond Player Choice packs and WoC hockey bags. You can compare the editions here.

        No no, if you go to buy the great eight edition, it takes you to the ultimate edition, so what I’m asking is if they’re the same

    How come I can’t claim my packs. I got the great 8 edition but I can’t get my pre order packs

        I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. If that doesn't help, please contact the retailer you purchased the game from. Unfortunately, we can't assist with this since we don't have any visibility of your order.
