Worked for me this morning.
I got in this morning but can't see any cards lol. Reinstall again bahhhhhhh

Hello, everyone. We're seeing some reports that this is now working. If it isn't, the best I can recommend is to delete everything NHL 21 related off your console. Then, open a web browser and go to your console's online store. Initiate the download there and make sure it plus the update are 100% installed. Next, power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console, start it up and load into NHL. Let me know what happens.

Hi all, there was a system update for PS4 I installed this AM and now HUT is working, card packs and all - hope the same for all of you!

Hello, @EA_Aljo . Please, can you help me with my problem? From yesterday I can't register to next weekend league in HUT. In the picture you can see an error code. So now when I play Rivals I can't get any HUT points. Thanx.

- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo Trying to hop on hut or even rush so frustrated been on text with eahelp all day long and no one can figure out first time buying a ea sports game since nhl16 and here we are not even being able to play the game mode I want never been so frustrated

Did you download the update? This issue was fixed with the update that was released a few weeks ago. To check the version, view the game information by highlighting the NHL 21 tile on your console and navigate to the version information. It should say 1.2.1.0 if it's current.

Still giving me the error even with the patch, power cycling, deleting the game and all files, redownloading the game fully before launching, rebuilding databases, port forwarding the ps4 and nhl specific ports. The only thing I have not done is factory reset my machine.
Edit: not sure exactly what did it, but I got into hut. I think it was a clean delete of nhl then rebuilding the database then a clean install of nhl.

Xbox Live was having some issues yesterday that could have been affecting this so it makes sense it's now working as those issues were resolved last night. If anything else comes up, please let us know. Thanks!
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo was buying some players off the auction went to go put them in my line up and when i click save changes to confirm the changes it says failure to retrieve data with the error code of e71db306c216ffe4-0000000000009999-c4f7fe3feb7bee04 done reinstalled twice and didnt fix so im clueless...
