Hi all, there was a system update for PS4 I installed this AM and now HUT is working, card packs and all - hope the same for all of you!
Community ManagerUnfortunately, if that workaround isn't working, you'll need to wait until a fix is released for this. Just to be sure, you're getting this error when you try to open the starter pack for HUT, correct?
I have the same issue after buying the game yesterday and trying the delete and reinstall. Is there a fix available?

I just want to be clear on when this is happening. Can you give me some better details? It sounds like it's when you are first creating your HUT and are entering the team name/abbreviation?
Yes. It gave me the error code after I tried to create my team name and abbreviation. I reinstalled the game three times, reset my modem/router, rebuilt the database twice... and now I have access, just randomly worked. But now I get the error message when trying to setup a team for HUT Rush. I can play Mascot Mayhem, but crashes every time I try to use my own players.
