NHL 21 ps4 hut fail to retrieve data error code

Xbox Live was having some issues yesterday that could have been affecting this so it makes sense it's now working as those issues were resolved last night. If anything else comes up, please let us know. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo was buying some players off the auction went to go put them in my line up and when i click save changes to confirm the changes it says failure to retrieve data with the error code of e71db306c216ffe4-0000000000009999-c4f7fe3feb7bee04 done reinstalled twice and didnt fix so im clueless...

Try creating a new lineup with the same players. Don't delete those players. Just create a new lineup with them and make it active. That has been resolving this for others in the same situation. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Are you having the issue with not being able to swap out players on your lineup? If so, did you make the new lineup active? You have to add your players and make it active.

Go to My Team from the main HUT menu. Then, go to Manage Lineups. Now, where it says Change Active Lineup, go there and select the lineup you'd like to make active.

You can try renaming. If that doesn't help, you'll need to make a new lineup. You aren't going to lose any players. You just need to add them to the new lineup.
