Are you using a custom gamerpic by chance? If so, try setting it to something default and let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I have deleted my custom picture (as well as the jpeg files off my Xbox), moving my game from my external hard drive to my internal hard drive, and hard restarting my Xbox. I should also mention I am game sharing.
I just attempted another ones game in world of Chel and after sitting in the matchmaking screen for several minutes it says: REMOVED FROM THE GAME - you have been removed from the dressing room.

I’m not sure what you mean by system. I have power cycled my router, modem, and xbox multiple times and I still have the issue. This has been going on for weeks and there has been no fix
Community ManagerTry clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
