What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The XBox doesn't recognize the disc.

This one's pretty straightforward. The XBox doesn't recognize the disc. It recognizes all our other EA discs, but it doesn't even notice when NHL 22 is inserted.
For whatever reason, unplugging the XBox then plugging it back in made it recognize the disc.
