the enclosed screenshots show that there are more than eight hours of trial access to the nhl game 22, after pressing the OK button another screen will appear with the words: "This content cannot be used. If you want to use this content, buy it". This is clearly a mistake on your part and it is up to you to correct it.
This sounds like an issue Sony support may need to help with. Their store isn't detecting that you have access to the trial if it's asking you to buy it instead. Try contacting their support to see if they can assist with this. Thank you.

It is quite obvious that NHL 22 has been removed from EA Play. When you go to the EA Play page in the store, there is no NHL 22 section anywhere, not even in the trial section. That's why we can't play the game, it is not offered anymore on EA Play. That's why there is a lock symbol on the game page of our home screens (look at the screenshots above). This has happened in the past as well which that reddit post proves. The fact that this happens every year and still has not been fixed is laughable. How you continue to have NHL 22 on the front page of the EA Play website is a complete joke.

please check if a trial version of NHL 22 for PS5 with a paid EA PLAY membership is currently available? Thanks

The trial is currently available, but only if you haven't used up all 10 hours. If the game is open in the background, the clock will still be running. When you're done, you have to completely exit out of it in order not to use up that time. Even if you turn off your console.

Have you even looked at our screenshots? It shows that we have time remaining in our trials and yet we can't play. How do you know the trial is currently available? Can you prove that the trial is still available? If you have an active EA Play subscription, can you post a picture of the trial button on the NHL 22 purchase page specifically on PS5? You should ask someone from the EA Play department or whatever and see if the trial is still active on PS5. I've seen numerous reports online that the trial is no longer working since the 15th (full release date) for PS5 specifically (don't know about PS4), I do know that those on XBOX have not been affected. Probably because EA Play is merged with gamepass or something. I know this must have been some unintended mistake but the fact that no one has fixed it or seems to care is a slap in the face to customers.
