I have gotten my power up collectables lack for this month but I have t got the diamond pack

The monthly Diamond packs have now ended. February was the last month for them. Those details can be found here.
Yeah this is just super scummy practices. I preorder the XFactor edition with the diamond choice packs & powerup packs with the excitement of the NHL season starting. I come back for playoffs thinking I'll have all my rewards because there was no indication or communication of a requirement to login. It's just buried in some disclaimer. I could've easily logged in once a month to ensure the packs were obtained but it was communicated nowhere, just that they would release monthly. What a waste of money. Safe to say I'll never preorder NHL again. I guess I shouldn't be surprised knowing EA. Joke is on me.
