I’m having the same issue. When I start up the game I just get caught on a loading screen that just says “checking” in the top right corner. Haven’t been able to play the game in over a week

Need money back. Can’t believe I keep wasting it on EA games.

    We can figure this out, should be an easy fix. Which platform do you play on and have you tried anything on your end to fix it so far?

      Yes. I’ve checked for updates. Then I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again. Somebody recommended I delete my account from my system then put my account back on and retry. None of this worked. This is on Xbox btw

        Do you have anything plugged into the console's USB slots and do you use an external hard drive?
