I’m not able to invite friends to club says they have no played and the spelling and capitilization is correct too. Meanwhile we all have played each other. Also when they try to search for my public club it says not found even when searching for friends club.
Please help us fix this, this is why we buy the game

On same console type and same game version?

Are you both playing on the same platform? Also, can they search for your club to find it and send a join request?
We are both playing on PlayStation 5 and I have tried searching for his club by matching all the search options and still cannot find it. I have made sure I got all the spelling correct while searching to add him to a club I made and had no luck

Yes we have checked all of that when I search his username id is says he has not played nhl 22 before witch is not true
