[NHL 22][Franchise mode] - Draft Lottery is Incorrect

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go through regular bootflow 2. Navigate the menus and select Franchise mode. 3. Select "Classic" way of play and select any desired team 4. To speed up simulation turn off owner mode, morale, fog of war, etc 5. Once the season and playoff ends (playoffs are complete screen) 6. Notice that the Draft Lottery Results appear The bug occurs here, with Seattle being added to the league there should be 16 eligible teams in the draft lottery but only 15 are shown, we should be able to see the 16th team and they should have a chance at the lottery Note: Screenshot attached, and this probably happens on all consoles
What happens when the bug occurs? Only 15 teams that did not make the playoffs are shown to be in the lottery
What do you expect to see? All teams that did not make the playoffs (16 if classic OR 17 if you make additional expansion teams) should be in the draft lottery. Currently it seems that the 16th (and 17th if new expansion team chosen) are not part of the lottery as they are not being displayed
