nhl 23 on pc
hello dear developers. I know that NHL is not released on PC. you said that if there is demand, you will return the series to the PC. so I know a lot of people who would like to play this wonderful...
We'll have to agree to disagree that a settings menu would drive a large number of people to purchase a PC version of the game. Regardless, no matter how good a PC version would be, chances are very good it just wouldn't have a big enough playerbase to support the very high amount of work. We'd also need to shift focus from the console version to PC to make this happen. Which, would mean the console version would get a lot less attention.

How would the console version get less attention? If anything, the console version would probably stay the same, since people on consoles would want to keep playing with who they have been... if anything PC would gain EA back some fanbase they've lost over the years, if anything make cross platform happen, that way we could play with friends of ours who are on different consoles. Let's be honest here, HUT gets the most attention, all other games modes get the shaft once the game get released, but HUT is constantly getting promoted and most of the attention with any tuner updates throughout the year.
It would most likely mean the console version would be delayed while work on a PC version was happening.
HUT doesn't get any more attention other than releasing new cards. Gameplay is the same. WoC has seen a lot of additions and updates as well. With the majority of people playing online modes, those are a big focus.
@EA_Aljo but the interference penalties and the no call goalie interference penalties have been an issue for a while now.. (they still are). Why hasn't it been addressed, I understand that video helps, but it also happens in nearly every game we play.. how it it not noticed by a developer, whereas they would think, "wow, these interference penalties are insane, we should try to fix it."
@EA_AljoIts seems like every single one of your responses about a 34 billion dollar company is whataboutism and excuses. So a top 5 largest gaming company in the world doesn't have the means to port PC while they do it for 95% of their games? Is that really the information you are trying to provide us? I'm a share holder who goes to annual share holder meetings. Never once have I heard them make this statement.
@Sun_OpN
They're a billion dollar company because they know how to cut the fat and make the most of their returns - Surely the "world's greediest company" would have looked into a PC port to earn more cash by now? They have a team of number crunchers telling them it just won't net them the kind of return they want.
