I got the beta code. Downloaded the game. It boots through the opening screen. Then goes black and I get the “HDR” in the corner, then it boots me back to the Home Screen.
I’m on a Series X.

An issue has been found on Xbox Series X. For now, disable the ‘Allow 4K’ and ‘Allow HDR10’ settings. That should prevent the crashing until we can get this fixed. Sorry for the trouble!

The same thing is happening to me (I’m on an Xbox one though). I unchecked the “Allow 4K” and “Allow HDR10” and it’s still happening. I did a soft reset of my console, cleared the system cache and reset it dozens of times and I still can’t get past the loading screen. It automatically kicks me to the Xbox Home Screen. I could very much use some help.
Community ManagerDo you happen to have anything peripherals plugged into the USB ports? Something like a racing wheel or Guitar Hero dongle? If so, remove it and try again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
I can finally boot up the game, but now I can’t even play HUT. Every time I start a squad battles game it gives me a connection error and when I play rivals, I fail to find an opponent…
Community ManagerAre you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
