NHL 25 Serious concerns

No, I’d love to have an answer on why nothing has been done by EA about this absolutely horrendous game since the people at NHL have done absolutely NOTHING to fix the game. This is bigger than an NHL problem, it’s a problem at EA. Y’all don’t care about NHL at all. People like playing this game when it isn’t an absolute chore to play. It’s absolutely sickening that you people rebrand the same game as last year and stamp a $90 price tag on it, yet the game gets worse EVERY SINGLE YEAR. And the fact that I’ve been asking the NHL team for 3 months why the game hasn’t been fixed and haven’t gotten any type of response besides my posts being deleted is an absolute insult to people who enjoy the game (when it didn’t suck). Once again, this company is a joke, and I know you’re probably going to just remove my post also even though all of your games have less than 2 stars, but do better

How is that actually helpful or addressing the issue? 

My best friend and I played 2v2 for nearly a decade. He's disabled and I work defending many many networks from ransomware. 

How useful to the community is it to keep mods who can’t locate any answer? Don’t worry, that was rhetorical.

Hey Barry! It’s been 2 months and there hasn’t been a response. What are you guys doing. This customer service/moderation staff or whatever it even is at EA is garbage. You should seriously consider what damage you are doing to your career working for this company. You people are sick. Since I haven’t had any type of answer. I’m going to request a refund, as I have been for 4 months across all platforms. When you ignore me again I’m suing you for every SCAM NHL game I’ve bought this century. 

It’s an absolute shame that this is how you treat the playerbase. You people have put less effort into this game than I do taking a shower every morning. Give me my refund like I asked for 4 months ago on twitter THOUSANDS of times
