Is this happening on both HUT Rush modes? Also, if you haven't yet, try hard restarting your console and trying again. Thanks!
@EA_Aljo No this did not work , people have been compaining about this bug ever since launch and it was never patched , i don't understand , when i play on ps5 and ps4 the game runs fine but the second i play on xbox series x or xbox one x , the game is broken , i bought x factor editions on both to support nhl , and this happens , it really sucks , you score goal and it just say GOAL , instead of giving you the points for Goals , plus the announcer keeps calling my team and players by the wrong names , this needs to be looked at , and patched , if you want to keep your daily players happy

Thanks for those details. I play HUT on Xbox One and haven't had any issues with Rush. We also aren't getting many reports of this, but that doesn't mean all is well though. How often is this occurring for you?
- Every Game , now they stopped calling my players different names , but i am still not getting points for my goals like on the picture , i left my xbox off all night i have power cycled it multiple times , like right now there is a challenge for snap shot goals , it shows snap shot goals 20 pts , but then when i score it just says GOAL and doesnt register on the challenge as a Snap Shot Goal and the announcer keeps sceaming Its In Its In it doesnt matter how it gets in as long as it does , on ps5 i get around 30,000-35,000 pts per game now i get 10,000 pts if i am lucky , i noticed quite a few threads about hut rush bugs , i believe you guys should really look into it

Does this happen with every goal? Have you noticed if it occurs only with a specific player?
Something else to try is deleting your personal saved data. To do that, highlight the NHL 22 tile and hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Then, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. This may delete your offline saves and settings, but normally it's downloaded from the cloud. I just can't guarantee that.
- @EA_Aljo This has been happening since launch. You say you've not had many reports. Do you read these pages? Lots of people have been flagging it.
Myself, I regularly get games where 2 or 3 goals on the trot don't count.- @ICEMAN_STEAMER this has been flagged since launch yet no one at EA seems to do anything about it , why am i even bothering anymore seriously , too bad because i actually enjoy the game and opening packs
