NHL Legacy Edition franchise mode sim created players can’t shoot

Hello All,

I am still using my PS3 and enjoying the franchise mode in NHL Legacy Edition. As I progressed through the seasons I found that players who I have drafted that are not “real life” players can’t seem to shoot and either keep hitting the post or miss the net entirely.

I have a guy rated 88 and just can’t seem to hit the net. 

not sure if anyone else has either experienced the same issue, and if yes is there a way to overcome it?

i am using the version I downloaded from the PlayStation store.
