What happens when the bug occurs? Tried to simulate to the next game, instead the game crashes, PS4 error message CE- 34878-0 appears

The only video I have will not convert because it’s extension type isn’t supported apparently. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient because I can’t advance my season at all with it being the main reason I play this game and I don’t want to start a new one when that doesn’t guarantee to solve this issue. I’ve faced a similar problem with this mode since NHL 11. And the community reported this same crash bug on the franchise mode for NHL 19. As a long time player of the EA NHL franchise since 98, I’ve skipped buying the last 3 games; so coming back to this is very upsetting and unacceptable. Please do something about this ASAP.
