NHL15 on XBox360 not up to date arenas

As an Avalanche fan, I play with them all the time in Season mode. 1st off, Varly sucks in this game, lets in WAAAAY too many softies and the players seem to be out of position more often than not.
My BIG thing is the lack of the new PepsiVision at the Pepsi Center. I hear it's in the game on Xbox One but where the heck is it on my Xbox 360?
Can it be gotten via an update? IF it's on the Xbox One format and NOT the 360 format, that's some shadiness, WHY should I not have the full game just because I have a 2yr old console?
