Community ManagerI also have 1 bar this year, but no lag. I rarely ever lag honestly. Have you checked your router settings? Enabled UPNP for one if it's not. This should open your NAT. You can also forward ports. Try running a speedtest when you're lagging. You can do this at www.speedtest.net. If you're getting a really low download rate then that's a good sign there's an issue with your internet. From there you should be able to diagnose the problem with your internet provider.
Not saying the issue solely is on your end, but the majority of the time it is.
Edit - Regarding game misconducts, I'm glad they're back. Gooning was out of control in 14. You can't just crush people like that all game long and have no penalty for it other than a quick couple minutes in the box. It was ridiculous.
Yes but with the new 12 player colision physics I can be under six feet tall and I wont even be skating very fast, I'll try to knock someone off the puck (I don't poke check because I am behind him) while they are on the boards and somehow just destroy them and get a 5 minute when all I want to do is throw the body a little. I know it's hard to please everyone, but I think spending an entire period worth of time on the box is good enough discipline for goons, especially if you are playing with human G's. It's really not all that hard to score multiple times while on the PP for 5 minutes.
My downlaod speed is 16.24 Mbps.
I don't mind 5 minute majors. But I hate the game misconducts, I would prefer just getting out of the box after 5 minutes.
