Hello, @Timmoore777.

Have you tried hard restarting your Xbox? I'm not optimistic that's going to take care of it, but give that a try first. Thanks!

    I have the same exact problem but on ps4, its the same HUT master icons pack gives me an error code and i would like to open my final pack.

      Restarting the console did not work for me on ps4

    Restarting my Xbox did not fix the issue. I still cannot open the pack.

      Does EA even monitor these forum bug threads? I need this fixed, I want my pack.

        @Timmoore777 Yeah for real. These seems to be a significant issue with players from both consoles.

    @EA_Aljo I’m experiencing the same issue. All packs open fine except my icon pack. Tried resetting PS4 but did not correct. Bought base pack to test. It opened but icon pack again registered error.
