Hello, @Timmoore777.

Have you tried hard restarting your Xbox? I'm not optimistic that's going to take care of it, but give that a try first. Thanks!

Restarting my Xbox did not fix the issue. I still cannot open the pack.

    Does EA even monitor these forum bug threads? I need this fixed, I want my pack.

      @Timmoore777 Yeah for real. These seems to be a significant issue with players from both consoles.
