Greeting EA sports, I recently purchased NHL 21 for the Xbox 1 series S. Every time I score a goal as the home team in the play now mode, the audio suddenly cuts, then after about a minute after the animation of the team celebrating, the audio would turn back on, am I the only one that has this strange audio glitch?

I'm not seeing other reports of this so we're not aware of it being a bug. Let's try some troubleshooting to see if we can get this to clear up. What audio set up are you using? Is this with a home theater, headset or just the standard speakers your TV comes with?
Using standard speakers, these speaker are built in, and it is using the HD cable, I noticed even when I connected it to my computer's speakers and recorded the game, while using headphones it has the same outcome, this cutout is also consistent, it's as if the file for the home goal audio is missing
Community ManagerWould you be able to try a different HDMI cable? It would be good to rule out any issues with it.
