No login page!?!

Is anyone else experiencing a nonexistent login page? I just keep getting the ol Update Password screen but now there is literally now where to actually login! Any ideas guys? EA support is worse than awful.

    Are you sure you're changing the password for the right account? The account you're posting with has not played NHL. If you need help finding the email for the account you play on, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. 

    You can also try changing your password by going to www.origin.com. When logging in here, you should see a link to reset your password. If you're absolutely sure you're using the right account, try resetting the password here instead of in-game.

    Trying to play via Online Versus and a ‘Please Reset yo password’ screen comes up every time. I’ve reset my P-word twice. It never shows me a login screen… just that same Please Reset one. My friends who also play are totally stumped. I’ve basically given up on this game sadly.

    Yes, I’ve only ever had one EA account. To be clear I updated my password on my phone via game QR code  screen when the prompted as there was (and still is) nowhere to login my credentials on the console/game itself. *i just wanted to see if that would work independently…

    the issue remains that my game can’t offer me a screen to perform the login itself. I.e. I can go to EA on my laptop and login no problem but EVERY time the login screen should be popping up the ‘please reset password/QR code’ screen comes on instead.

    Having cross referenced this with friends it, sadly, is unique to my… console (?). EA seems to have no interest in assisting with this bizarro case so I have exhausted all options at this point. 🤷‍♂️

    @chrisbeaulie 

    I see you opened one case on this a month ago, but didn't get a response. We have numerous methods for contacting support. This is something they will need to look into for you. Can you try again using the methods I mentioned? We can't really help with account issues through Answers HQ, unfortunately.

    Same for me the "login page" doesn't open so the app page is empty just purple page.
