No Play By Play In Game Announcers

Is there a better way to get an answer... this is silly.

Sorry, it's not any settings...

In every game play mode - I only care about HUT though - there is no play-by-play announcers... why?!

There is crowed volume, and the areana announcer (penalty announcements, etc) but never a play by play or color commentator.

It makes for a very odd feel when playing the game.  It has been like this since I started playing, I've played around 30 games, both in and out of HUT and there is no announcer volume - help please.

Is it the game I have?  I've checked all my settings, maybe I'm missing something?

I have the same issue. I have the game for PS3 and this happens for any game mode. It didn't always used to do this, it only started about 1 week ago. I've reset all my settings to default, still no luck. Anything else I could try? Thank you!
