Not receiving HUT daily reward
As the title states, after the 5th day, I stopped receiving the HUT daily reward. What gives?

- How did he help? This problem persists for thousands of players. I am not receiving my proper DAILY REWARDS. I'm stuck on day 1 and I play every day since release.
- I agree. I log in several times a day to test this out and am still not progressing. When the game was new I got up to the second last tier but since that time I have been stuck at day 1. This problem is NOT solved.

I'm only providing facts (And a bit of guessing 😉 ).
If there really is a bug that prevents players from receiving their daily rewards, it needs to be taken to developers.
I have no idea how well these messages reach EA staff and what it takes to get their attention on a single issue.
I mean if there's only couple players complaining about a single issue, they probably consider it their own fault. But if dozens of players bring the same issue up, perhaps somebody thinks that "hey, maybe there really is something wrong with that".
If this won't get noticed or fixed in near future, you should probably contact EA customer support.

leemarvin's answer doesn't answer squat. i log in daily, about 3 times a day in fact i have yet to get past day two in the hut rewards. there is no way i have missed any 24 windows whatsoever, the fact is, the rewards system is flat out broken and ea is not addressing or fixing it and it is complete garbage and yet an other in a long line of ea fails!!

Yeah I've realized the only way I get the Daily Rewards to pop up is if I redeem pucks from watching the ads, earned from other game modes, etc. This years has worked better for me than it had in past NHL games. I don't know if I ever got past the first day reward in NHL 13
