NY Rangers Team Collected Jerseys Issue

Its the WC jersey not registering same issue with Flyers jerseys have entire team and all possible jerseys that's the only thing holding me up for the collection bonus. Some guy on here also said there is an issue with the Blues jerseys as well so might affect several other teams too

    So will someone from EA chime in here about this issue?  How do we request specialized help?
