    HI

    I experienced this problem on ps4 also. According to forums, this issue happens to all EA games (FIFA, MADDEN, NHL, NBA). The problem was caused by double NAT issue (in my opinion bug in EA software, but...). On PS4 you can check it by opening Test internet connection, and see what it says for NAT type. If you have NAT type 1 or 2 everything should be fine. If you have NAT type 3, that can cause the issue. You should check this on both consoles. Typically for home users that can be caused by internet service provider, by CGN (carrier grade NAT). It means that provider assigns you private IP address (very often it looks like 10.x.x.x) instead of public ip address. You can also check this by logging to your home router, and check WAN ip address (ip address towards ISP). Do not check this with "what is my ip" like services, it will show CGNAT IP address, which is always public ip.  I most cases you can contact your service provider, and request Public ip address, because you have problems with connections caused by CGNAT feature (this should be free of charge). In my case, provider changed ip address assignment for my account, and from that moment everything works fine. I hope this will help to all.

For NHL 16 - I haven't been able to purchase anything from the Auction House for the past 24 hours. When I try to, it just gives me a "Failed to retrieve game data" error message and kicks me out to the main menu. I requested a call for my case last night at 9 PM, didn't get a call until 12 AM and was told the NHL support team was already gone and to try again tomorrow (today). I just tried to reopen my case, but the "Request a Call" feature is not available for me - and this is an issue that the person I spoke with last night said is an issue that can only be resolved on the phone.

To make matters worse, I tried starting a chat session - to try and ask again online or to see where my call button is - and it says that the average wait time is 5-10 minutes. However, I have been in queue for 3-4 hours now.

What do I do?

    Chat seems to take very long atm. I couldn't get through either. Luckily my issue has resolved itself.

    It's Sunday, are you sure they said today ? Most countries don't have phone support on Sunday.

      United States. When I spoke with the person last night on the phone, he said the team I needed was already gone for the night, but that that I could request a call back in 4 hours. Here I am, 10 hours later requesting a call, and the option to simply request it is missing.
