Packs not showing up
I'm not receiving packs if I go more than a week without playing on the ultimate edition. Its supposed to be 2 a week but that only happened for me maybe 4 times since launch. Am I not going to get them if I go more than a week without playing?
The dates of availability and number of packs depend on the Edition of the game you have.

AFTER FIRST LOGIN INTO ULTIMATE TEAM, LOG INTO ULTIMATE TEAM EACH FOLLOWING WEEK BY SUNDAY 11:59PM ET FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS TO RECEIVE THAT WEEK’S GOLD PACK. EACH GOLD PACK IS AVAILABLE FOR 7 DAYS AND MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD. FAILURE TO LOG IN TO ULTIMATE TEAM IN ANY GIVEN WEEK WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THAT WEEK’S GOLD PACK.
