Parental control restrictions- I am not able to play online

Question

Good morning!I have a problem. When I start NHL17 with a sub account on my PS4 I get an error that claims that I am not allowed to use online services due the parental control restrictions. When I look at the parental control settings, everything is allowed. I am 17, so the age restriction should of course not be a problem at all. I am able to play NHL online on my master account. What did I do wrong and how can I get it working?Thanks in advance,Erik

Try setting your EA account date of birth to something reasonable, yours currently has your age at over 100yrs.

Thanks for your reply!I changed it to my real date of birth, unfortunately I still cant play on my alt account
