Hi there, @dansham1301985.

On your Xbox, try going to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories and make sure you have the latest firmware update. Also, is it happening with another controller as well? One more thing, do you have any peripherals plugged into the USB ports? Maybe a racing wheel or dongle? Thanks!
