Play by play announcers not working

I cannot hear any play by play for any NHL 20 modes. I can hear everything else so what gives?

    Hi there, @bevpanthers.

    I'd like you to check the audio settings on your console. If it's set to 5.1 or 7.1, but you don't have a surround system, the commentary won't be heard. Change this so stereo and you should be good to go.

    Need help i don't have any commentator went i play even if the volume is all set at 10 ? In every game mode...

    @marcandr1982 

    Did you check your audio settings to see if you're using surround sound on a stereo system? You'll need to check this in your console settings. Please see my previous post for more information 🙂
