Hi there, @samallin.

Can you get some video of this? I'd like to see what's happening.

It can't hurt to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo I already tried that and will try it again. It's not just online so I dont think it's the connection cuz in hardwired in to the modem. It also does it when I play squad against the computer. I will try to get a video but it's hard to do cuz it can happen at anytime. Never had a problem till the new patch came out. I will try unplugging the modem and system but I know for sure that's not the problem. I also spoke to a couple friends and they are also having an issue when the puck carrier will stop skating and only glide with the puck

What control scheme are you using? Skill Stick, Hybrid or NHL 94? Also, have you tried using a different controller?

@EA_Aljo Skill stick. I play this game everyday since it was released. Never had a problem till the last patch update. When skating up with the puck sometimes the player will stop skating and go into a glide mode. Ur only option then is to pass or shoot. At first I thought it was my controller but after carefull examination and speaking to other players I realized it was the game. Usually happens when the player receives the pass or when undo a deke move then he stops skating. Thought it was the connection online since many players are playing now due to staying indoors but it also happens against the computer so I know for sure it has something to do with the update. Have other players complained about this. I have spoke to other players and they also have experienced the same issue

I've heard of this happening, but haven't found a solution for it other than being a controller issue. Do you have another one you can try?

@EA_Aljo Yes I have tried another controller and samething happens. At first I thought it was the controller but like after testing it on other games and using other controllers for NHL same problem would happen. What have other players said or done. Have u played the game to see if it does it with u

I've personally never experienced this, but I've heard it mentioned by a few others over the last couple of years.

Try restoring the licenses with the steps here: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html. Also, try rebuilding your database with these instructions: https://support.playstation.com/s/article/Safe-Mode-PS4?language=en_US.

@EA_Aljo will there b another patch coming soon. That might fix this problem. I tried ur problem solving solutions and still this problem arises. Will there b another update coming soon.

Hey, I play offline, franchise mode. Every day since release. It happens there a lot, since newest update. I win face off, puck goes to defense man who can't skate. Pass the puck that guy can't skate, and so on. Happens other times completely random.

I don't have any details on another patch. So far, I'm only seeing reports of this issue here. It's not occurring for the majority of people playing so we need to go through troubleshooting. Did you try what I suggested?
