Player Progression/Regression Sliders

Another simple thing that I think would help improve the realism of Franchise. No real reason for them to not be in the game, and allows for players to enjoy their own desirable experiences. If they want prospects ready after 1 year, sure, if they want players to drop off significantly once they hit 33, sure. No harm in having them, some in not given the slower natural growth/loss of it for players already

    This is a good example of one of the many sliders it would be nice to see to allow us to customize our franchise mode more to our liking and increase the replayability of it.

    Put this along with a more dynamic development system and we would instantly have a mode that wouldn't get stale after a few seasons.

    @Beauts90 this and an average Player Retirement Slider are almost needed for that. Tired of having NHL players play 3 seasons in the AHL from age 36 on because their overall has dropped so much.

    A proper understanding of standard deviation might/will be needed for this so idk if EA can fully be trusted to do research on that seeing their generated names for any and all Italians, Poles, Norweigans and Danes
