Player with puck just glide

Product: NHL 21 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime player gets the puck, he stops skating and is stuck ...

    @EA_Aljo another update - I am using one of my older controllers right now and haven't seen the issue yet since playing for about 30 minutes. The controllers seems to definitely have been the problem.

@EA_Aljo It is a regular Xbox controller. I updated the controllers firmware and it did not fix the issue. I used other controllers that I own and it did not fix the issue either.

Thanks for checking. Can you try plugging in your controller and see if that makes a difference?

    @EA_Aljo Yes. I tried that and it did not make a difference. I'm still having the problem

    In your video, your right stick is pressed up a bit. That will cause you to go into a glide. If this is unintentional, it's possible there's a problem with your controller that is causing the right stick to get stuck going up.

    @EA_Aljo I did some testing where I tried to deliberately hold my right stick still while skating. When looking at the replay, it appears that my player begins to glide as the right stick slowly starts moving up. He continued to skate again once the right stick returned to center.

    That is intended. If the right stick is moved, you go into a glide.

    @EA_Aljo Seems to be a controller issue then. I just bought a new controller, so I will reply here again if I'm still having the issue with the new one. Thanks for your help.
