Player with puck just glide

Product: NHL 21 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime player gets the puck, he stops skating and is stuck ...

    @EA_Aljo another update - I am using one of my older controllers right now and haven't seen the issue yet since playing for about 30 minutes. The controllers seems to definitely have been the problem.

Can you check to see if there's an update available for your controller? Do you also have another controller you can try? Is it an Elite or regular Xbox controller?

@EA_Aljo Yes I have tried two other controllers and it didn't fix the issue.

    Can you try restoring the licenses with these instructions? Also, rebuild your database with these steps. So far, we've never found a resolution for this issue so there isn't much we can offer, unfortunately ☹️

      I restored the licenses and rebuilt the database. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem...I will try yet another controller tomorrow, if this doesn't solve it I don't know what to do. The game really is unplayable like this. I haven't experienced this issue with any NHL game until a few months into NHL 20 and now it continues with NHL 21. 

      I really hope it's a controller issue but I doubt it, I even bought a new controller when this started to happen with NHL 20 but it didn't solve it....

        @spaceace003 

        Can you get me a video of it happening? Be sure you go into the replay and remove the controls so you see the controller overlay.
