Plays of the month rewards missing

I won plays of the month #3 for the month of January 22 and I have not received any of the jerseys. I am supposed to receive both jerseys for WOC AND HUT as stated. (View photo for more)  Tried talk...

I don't currently have any updates. It could be several weeks before this jersey is available.

    I'm really sorry for the delay with this. I understand that it's very frustrating. Currently, we're having a technical issue with granting these jerseys. It's still being worked on. As soon as I have some news, I'll provide an update here.

    @EA_Aljo It is indeed frustrating of getting these months later… thank you for your reply and hopeful to get them soon (this month would be ideal)

    Hello, everyone. You should have the Plays of the Month Jersey for World of Chel now. When I have some news on the HUT version, I'll provide an update. Apologies for the lengthy delay with these.

    @EA_Aljo It’s almost the end of the regular season and still no HUT jerseys. Will we get them?

    As far as I know, no one has received them in HUT. I know this is frustrating, but there's a technical issue with adding them.
