PLEASE FIX YOUR RP ALGORITHM

Seriously, it's completely broken!   This happens game in and game out. We lost to a really REALLY good team last night in OT...they were 32k elites and we're all Plat 2s/1s.   We lost 600+ RP...that can't happen....but it does, frequently.   Either fix you rank system or get rid of it altogether because most of the time, it doesn't work.   Zero reason to lose that much RP to a superior team like that.   Yet if we had beaten them(Like we've locked down a couple other elite 32k+ teams)...we would get maybe 300, 350 if we're lucky. Right now you weigh losses WAY too heavily vs wins, there needs to be balance.   This is part of the problem with the playoffs too...Make wins and losses weighted the same. 350 for a win, -350 for a loss.

    I agree that the RP system needs a fix. I hate losing RP because my team decided to get 38 penalties and then quit causing connection lost resulting in a loss of RP that had nothing to do with me. Or sometimes beating a team and not receive any RP at ALL. RP should be skill based. 350 for win, -350 for loss with RP for goals and assist, maybe 75 points each. Example if the game was a loss I had 1 goal then it would be -350 for the loss plus 75 for the goal making it just -275.

    I believe EA is using ELO rating, but for some reason sometimes it seems that the amount of points lost/won doesn't make too much sense. Maybe the points are calculated from the team, not the current players or something.
