Poor ping/connection
Why over the last couple weeks have the pings and connections gotten so bad? I just had the worst game in years with a ping over 8000. Used best game location and that's what I got.

your telling me there are no east servers ?

Community ManagerThere are east servers, but those in Toronto would be connecting to the central servers as they are closer.
I have friends who play in Montreal which they are in the east why do they have there own server in the east ? They don’t connect to a central server ..so why do we in Toronto that makes no sense

They would be on the North East server.

Ohio is closer than Montreal. That's why you're connecting there instead.
I’m like 5 hours away from Montreal.. I’m almost 7 hours away from Ohio how does that make any sense?

Driving to Ohio would be longer than driving to Montreal, but the actual distance, in a straight line, from Toronto to Ohio is shorter than Toronto to Montreal.
