  • Console: PS4
  • Account Name: StoneColdHoagie
  • Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): 5:35 EST
  • Which mode were you in?: HUT Draft Champions
  • What were you doing just before it occurred?: WON a match, then when I went to play the next one and it said I LOST the game. When I claimed my single player and sent it to my collection I got this error. 
  • How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: This particular instance is a first, but I've gotten multiple codes in the past few hours
