Hi,

Getting the issue while trying to buy anything under 1000 coins on the auction house or in the Store.

  1. Console: PS4
  2. Account Name: mazurka1451timps (mpliot) 
  3. Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): 02/07/2020 22:45 UTC
  4. Which mode were you in?: HUT
  5. What were you doing just before it occurred?: Trying to buy small items on the auction house
  6. How often does this issue occur? 100%
  7. Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number?

If you are getting a failed to retrieve data error every time you try to use the Buy Now option in the auction house, it means you have the negative escrow issue.
