So all the threads on here about how we all migrated our profiles but never recieved our pre order content for january are we going to get a response from the community managers or are we just S.O.L and being ignored??
Surely, it must be because it's holiday (Sunday)? I hope the community administrators can give us some answers tomorrow or later in the week. If not, then I must say that the EA customer service is shockingly bad.
Something needs to be done that’s for sure I need my diamond choice packs and power up collectibles.
