Hello, I gen jumped from xbox one to xbox series s on christmas, and my january power up collectible pack and two diamond packs are in my xbox one hut and not series s. Shouldn’t it have transferred to series s with my team?

    This is my exact problem as well and EA has done nothing and said nothing. I have been passed around and told to post on here for 3 days now Goodluck getting an answer I say class action lawsuit lol
