Im not sure how to report on this, but Ive had the same issue. I've reached out to EA support on Saturday via phone, and still have not received anything. I would also like to encourage those who are complaining about this issue that after reading all the comments, they are aware. Also, chill out with your crazy demands, no one is giving you a free TOTY, or an obscene amount of collectibles. A content migration like this is difficult and bound to have issues. Quit being keyboard warriors and be patient.
