Your test is showing very high ping times. Especially to your router. Was this test run on a wireless connection? If so, please run it again on a wired connection so it matches the wired connection you play on.

Which domain/IP are you using in that test? If you're following the instructions and using easo.ea.com, it's odd that those servers aren't returning a ping. Also, 37ms is very high to your modem/router. That should be well under 10ms.
You do have a router. It's built into your modem. Those units aren't the best for gaming. I had problems with a couple of them before I replaced it with a separate modem and router. That was a bit of an investment but paid off as you don't have to pay to lease the equipment from your ISP. It's just another option if you'd like to get the most out of your connection.
You said you shut down your equipment but did you actually unplug it all for a couple minutes? If not, please try that.
