problem with playing

Dear EA I've been playing NHL since 96, the last 5 years on PS4.After the last addition of the servar to Germany, the game is not playable.Previously, I won 5 of the 10 games now with luck 1.My p...

In the first video, it looks like you were trying to rag the puck. Getting scored on is a chance you take when you do that. In the second video, it looks like an interference call was made. What exactly is the issue here? That happens when you hit a player away from the puck.

In the 2 video my player sees that he only slightly touches the opponent, and I get a 2 minute penalty for checking !!!!

    Nobody understands this behavior from game play.
    The opponent hits the racket of my game. And ?
    My player makes no move to continue the puck, although he could, you can also see that the racket goes through the puck so that my player does not get the puck and simply continues without any reactions ...

    @dustmann 

    The puck is coming loose due to incidental contact. He's not able to pick it up because his stick is passing through the leg of the other player. You can't make contact with the puck if the stick goes through a body part first.
