Progression Rweards not showing Hockey Bags in post-game

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This started happening after I reached Prestige 2 Level 1 and up
What happens when the bug occurs? In the post-game menu when I get to "Player Progression" and the bar fills up with XP, once I reach a new level, the rewards do not tell me I received a hockey bag. This has happened with each level I have reached since getting to P2. Thankfully, the hockey bags do still show when I go to "Progression Rewards" within the WoC customization menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game reflect that I received a hockey back when reaching a new progression level.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I am attaching a video of the bug. I't not anything major. Just reporting bugs that I find through the proper channels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJ_o7-ePXCc Thankfully the bags are still being given even though the progression progress does not reflect it. I am hoping that the day doesn't come when it fails to give the bag though.

    Yes, absolutely, the bags were indeed there. I stated as much in my report. It does not show in the post game though. I also will often not open bags immediately. It's not uncommon for me to have 6-10 bags to open at a time. So if the post game progression isn't reflecting bags unlocked and I already have a bunch waiting for me, it could easily be missed if I were to not get one. Again, that's not what's happening here. I felt it was worthy to report because every single level I have progressed the post game has reflected a hockey bag reward for each level, until I reached Prestige 2, now they are not showing that I get one after I reach a new level, and I did not think that was something intentional, which I thought would qualify as a bug. Like I said in my original report, it isn't a top priority I'm sure, just felt it was worth calling attention to.
