Will this error ever be fixed I’m sick of it now and when is this update coming to fix it

@EA_Barry So... It's been... I don't even know how long. No fix. Dressing Room Errors constantly. Your only action was to link to a post with some hacky solution that ultimately doesn't work at all?
I also noticed that on twitter, where the EAHelp account would have responded to people asking about the error two weeks ago, now people are just being ignored.
What's going on?
