dude, I literally had a 20 minute back and forth with 2 different support people. BOTH said if there was something they could do, they would. NEITHER will do anything. and now EA won't either. So now I have to suffer for neither company fixing or looking into the problem. I'm not paying for EA PLAY again if this is how it goes. I'm also not the only one with this issue. and PLEASE do not say ' just talk to playstation again'. Believe me, it's been a huge long conversation with multiple people. they cannot fix it.
Thanks for the response. I'll let you know if I have any other suggestions. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else since we don't have any control over Sony's store.

i just contacted them for the 4th time, as you suggested. they still say it's an EA issue. so I guess I'm not buying EA play, or nhl or anything from this point on.

they told me this "it is the Publishers of the game who decide what they want to put on our PS Store for availability." so they say ea took the trial off the store and now it's locked out everyone who has time left. so ea has to put it back. so can you tell whoever does that to please do so??

is there a manager, or higher up i can talk to please? so i can sort this out? im done asking playstation. they are saying for sure that it's ea that removed the trial for nhl. and they can't add it. so i need to talk to someone who can put it back.
